Additionally, there are 10,000 gal. cistern with water filter and water softener and a newly renovated and painted 15,000 gallon swimming pool.

All pool equipment is new as of October 2022. The pool and water treatment system is located next to the pool deck in an underground pump room.

The front of the house has a paved 2 car porch leading to the front door. The garage is an attached 2-car structure with a work area from the car park, with a sheltered walk from the garage to the front door. The garage is equipped with an automatic garage door opener.

There are lime trees, lemon trees and grapefruit trees in production. Banana trees, mango trees as well as coconut trees and chinola vines.
